Join Esme Todd as she travels around Europe looking for the best hikes that anyone can enjoy. In this first series she has set her sights on the amazing Alpe Adria Trail.
Starting in the Austrian mountains, this epic 750km trail crosses the borders into Slovenia and Italy, finishing at the Mediterranean sea. For Esme though it’s not just about the hike, as she will be investigating the amazing towns, villages, farms and hotels that line this impressive route.
To rest her weary feet she’ll be dining in local restaurants, learn facilitating history and enjoy the lakes and waterfalls that line the trail. Expect to see some amazing places. stunning sights and wondrous nature.
